For the sale price of $___________________
I have accepted a non refundable deposit of $________________ with a balance due of $_____________ upon release of the dog in the form of cash or money order.
_____As a show or breeding prospect with no disqualifying faults
and full MASCA and/or NAMASCUSA registration.
_____As a pet with limited MASCA and/or NAMASCUSA registration. Pets must be spayed/neutered at or by 6 months old. Registration papers will be sent up proof of surgery.
The seller agrees to replace a
show or breeding prospect with an animal of equal or greater purchase
value, when available, or refund the difference between pet and
show quality if at or before 24 months of age the animal is diagnosed
with one of the following:
1.) Hereditary eye abnormalities rendering the animal unable to
be CERF, verification must be provided in writing by at least
one certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist. Animal is to be examined
by said specialist on an annual basis with a copy of the report
sent to the seller within 30 days of the examination, or upon
request of the seller. "Annual" is defined on the basis
of the initial examination at 12 weeks. This guarantee is good
for 36 months.
2.) Sign of hereditary hip dysplasia, animal must be x-rayed at
24 months and have the x-ray sent to the Orthopedic Foundation
Of America (OFA) to determine the OFA rating. Free of dysplasia
is defined as a rating of excellent, good or fair. If the animal
is used for activities requiring jumping and stress to the hip
joints it must be preliminary x-rayed and evaluated by OFA, and
a copy sent to the seller before the animal begins such activities.
This guarantee is null and void if the animal is exposed to stressful
exercise/activity prior to 18 months of age or if the animal is
used for breeding before it has been x-rayed and certified.
3.) Problems with the animal's bite or alignment of teeth, monorchidism,
cryptochidism, and malocclusion. (extreme undershot or overshot)
verified in writing, by at least one licensed veterinarian and
report forwarded to Seller within 10 days of diagnosis.
All animals to the best of my knowledge are free from communicable diseases. They have been vaccinated and wormed regularly. Immunity to such diseases as Parvo and Corona, even with appropriate vaccination, is erratic prior to 4 months of age. Buyer takes responsibility for providing safety from exposure to such diseases.
